Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription and Payment

  • By subscribing to HR Saathi, you agree to the pricing and payment terms specified in your subscription agreement.
  • All subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation and Refund

  • One-Time Setup Fee:
    • The setup fee charged at the time of onboarding is a one-time cost that covers initial configuration, deployment, and client-specific integration necessary to activate your HRSaathi instance. This fee is eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days from the date of activation. After this 7-day period, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Monthly Subscriptions:
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions:
    • Cancellations within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

    • Duplicate charges due to a billing error.
    • Platform downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
    • Service failure caused by HR Saathi.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at help@hrsaathi.com with your payment details.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

5. No Refund Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Partial service usage during the billing period.
    • User-initiated account suspension or termination.
    • Dissatisfaction with service features that are provided as described.

6. Modification of Refund Policy

  • Skysoft IT Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
